The NSW Government has announced new responsible gaming reforms which requires all clubs with gaming machines to have a Gaming Plan of Management (GPOM) in place by 1st September 2024.

The GPOM identifies your club's responsible conduct of gambling (RCG) obligations and what the venue is actively doing to meet these obligations. It provides guidance on how the venue will ensure compliance with legislation as well as support a best practice approach to responsible conduct of gambling.

As part of the Gaming Plan of Management, it is recommended to complete an independent audit to ensure ongoing compliance.
