The NSW Government has announced new responsible gaming reforms which requires all clubs with gaming machines to have a Gaming Plan of Management (GPOM) in place by 1st September 2024.

The GPOM identifies your club's responsible conduct of gambling (RCG) obligations and what the venue is actively doing to meet these obligations. It provides guidance on how the venue will ensure compliance with legislation as well as support a best practice approach to responsible conduct of gambling. The GPOM must be reviewed annually to ensure your plan is up to date with any changes in your venue.
